The cylinder block factory has surplus dedicated particulate filter cover production lines: one Scania DC12/DC13 production line with an annual capacity of 1600 units; and one recycled D13 production line with an annual capacity of 650 units. Our particulate filter cover factory has already mass-produced particulate filter covers for the MAN and OM906 series. Development of particulate filter covers for the Scania and OM471 series is expected to be completed by 2027.

For SCANIA series DC12 and DC11 engine blocks, the inspection of critical dimensions is a core aspect of quality control. This mainly includes: the precision of the four cylinder bores, the cylinder liner press-in depth, the cylinder liner housing diameter, the crankshaft bearing housing diameter, and the ovality of the bearing bores. Accurate measurement of these parameters is crucial for ensuring the overall performance and reliability of the engine.
