This warranty is valid for eighteen months from the date of shipment (The date of the bill of lading) or twelve months from the date of commissioning, whichever is earlier.

We usually accept T/T ,PAYPAL ,T/T 30% as deposit ,70% before Delivery .

Usually carton or wooden box, also can be customized color box packaging according to the brand authorization letter provided by customers.

Generally, it will take 7-15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

We can provide samples for free, but you will need to bear the shipping cost (air freight or sea freight) from China to your destination port. But for high-value products, it is up to you to decide on the quantity of purchases and whether you need to bear some of the procurement costs.

A, all the raw materials by IQC （Incoming Quality Control ）before launch whole process into the process after the screening.

B, process each link in the process of IPQC （Input process quality control ）patrol inspection.

C, after finished by QC full inspection before packing into the next process packaging.

D, OQC before shipment for each slipper to do full inspection.

The freight depends on weight, packing size and your country or province region, etc.

You can confirm slipper by photo and video to save this money, If you become our old customer.

We need to know the following information for your order before sending you PI.

1) Product information-Quantity, Specification(Size, Material, Technological if needed and Packing requirements etc.)

2) Delivery time required.

3) Shipping information-Company name, Street address, Phone&Fax number, Destination sea port.

4) Forwarder’s contact details if there’s any in China.

Most of produts are under regular production , we can make delivery immediately if we the specific one in stock.
